So I gotta be honest: for the past 3 weeks I have been eating sooo much crap; and believe me, you start feeling like crap after a while. I’ve decided to get back on track once again (working out 1 1/2 hrs daily & eating balanced and healthy) but I felt that before doing so my body needed a detox. I bought a Black and Decker juice Extractor today, its very affordable & I felt it was the one I should purchase since I don’t really “juice” that much so for the regular use I’ll give it I think its perfect. I’m very motivated and looking forward to my progress in the future! If you have any questions, just drop them in the answer box.
I’m sorry if it truly bothers you the fact that this is the only way to express this types of feelings. I don’t get why lately I truly don’t feel like eating. Even when I’m chewing gum I’ll feel like its making me gain weight. Like for example today: all i had was 80cals yogurt for breakfast, 3 liters of water to get me through the day and then ate like 20 hershey’s kisses at 5 pm and that’s all I’ve eaten today. I’m not sure why I’m doing this and behaving like this. I know this type of question might be kind of silly but do any of you know why?
