30-60 minutes a day is all it’s going to take. Eat well. Eat good foods. Eat foods you’d be proud to tell the tumblr community about. Work hard. Push yourself. Test your limits. Get off tumblr, workout for 30 minutes, come back, and tell us all about it. Post pictures of your sweat stains. If you just ran a mile for the very first time, celebrate! Most of the Pilates move dont require too much strength of your knee, but you can still focus on your upper body!

I know how you feel but just as you said he hasn’t given you any reason not to trust him, I know due to your past experiences its hard to think that something similar might not happen, but I believe he deserves a chance. And if he doesn’t do anything wrong he will gain your trust. So he deserves the chance. Try not to worry even if its hard and have faith. :)
